For domestic buyers, all orders are shipped through reliable courier services and/or speed post. Orders are dispatched within 15 working days or as per the delivery schedule confirmed at the time of order placement. Delivery is subject to the courier company or postal service’s policies. GameX Computers (ESM Gaming PC Studio) ensures timely handover of consignments to the courier or postal authorities within the specified period but is not responsible for delays caused by these entities. Orders will be delivered exclusively to the registered address linked to the payment method unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Shipping Charges for Multiple Items

Shipping fees are determined by the combined weight of the items in your order. For multiple products from the same category, the total weight of all units is calculated, and a single delivery fee is applied based on the cumulative weight.

For example, if you order three items weighing 200gms, 250gms, and 400gms, the combined weight (850gms) determines the shipping fee for one consignment. This streamlined approach ensures lower shipping costs compared to charging for each item separately.

The delivery charge, based on the product’s weight, is seamlessly integrated into the final cost at checkout. This transparent calculation ensures a hassle-free experience for our customers.
