GameX Computers (ESM GAMING PC STUDIO) – Terms and Conditions

1. General Information: 1.1 GameX Computers (ESM GAMING PC STUDIO) is a marketing and distribution company, and is not a manufacturer of the products sold. 1.2 We certify that our registration certificate under the applicable tax laws (GST or others) is valid at the time of sale of goods as specified in the invoice.

2. Sale of Goods: 2.1 Our responsibility for the products ceases once the goods leave our warehouse. 2.2 A valid GST invoice is provided for all transactions. If you need your company’s GST number included on the invoice, please mention it in the order comments and provide a copy of the 3-page GST certificate.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations: 3.1 A 2% convenience fee will be charged for order cancellations before shipping, and a 5% fee will apply once the order has been shipped. 3.2 If a buyer wishes to modify an order after shipping, a 3% fee will be deducted. 3.3 The convenience fee is non-refundable for orders canceled after shipment, including orders paid via Bajaj EMI.

4. Product Definitions and Usage: 4.1 The products sold by us may be individual components, sub-assemblies, or spare parts and not a complete system unless specifically mentioned as a “New PC System”. 4.2 If a product is intended for use in special or abnormal environments, this must be disclosed at the time of purchase to ensure warranty coverage.

5. Warranty and Returns: 5.1 For gaming chairs, only part replacements are available in case of defects or damage; no refunds will be issued for these products. 5.2 “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) claims must include all original components, accessories, and packaging; failure to do so will result in the claim being treated as an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). 5.3 Physical damage, mishandling, or tampering with warranty stickers will void the product warranty. 5.4 Warranty service is available only if the product is in good physical condition and accompanied by the original invoice.

6. Warranty & RMA Claims: 6.1 All products sold by GameX Computers come with a carry-in warranty, meaning the buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways for products outside of our policy window. 6.2 On-site warranty is only applicable within areas covered by the brand; otherwise, warranty claims must be handled via carry-in service. 6.3 Warranty claims may take time, and delays are subject to the manufacturer’s process; GameX Computers has no control over the timeline for warranty service. 6.4 Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s policy. 6.5 Warranty is void if the product shows signs of misuse, damage from improper handling, or tampering with components like warranty seals.

7. RMA Process: 7.1 Any RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or warranty claim will be processed as per the brand’s policy. GameX Computers only facilitates the process and does not assume legal or financial liability. 7.2 The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is returned with all accessories, manuals, and packaging; missing components will lead to warranty rejection. 7.3 Warranty services are not available for products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or issues caused by power surges or other environmental factors.

8. Order Cancellation and Refunds: 8.1 GameX Computers reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock issues. 8.2 Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received in the same condition as it was shipped. 8.3 No cash payments exceeding ₹50,000 will be accepted.

9. Jurisdiction and Legalities: 9.1 Any disputes arising from the sale contract shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Kolkata, India. 9.2 By purchasing from GameX Computers, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.

10. Privacy Policy and Data Protection: 10.1 We respect the privacy of our customers. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. 10.2 GameX Computers will not disclose any sensitive information such as your credit card number or personal login credentials to third parties without your explicit consent. 10.3 All personal data provided by you is used only for fulfilling your orders, processing refunds, or handling customer service inquiries.
